At Glacient, each order is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure quality. Due to the nature of our products and international shipping, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, including for buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at glacientfans@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photo or video proof, and we’ll work with you to make it right and resolve the issue.
